On October 29, 2008, Anhui Longpo Electric Co., Ltd. allocated special funds to organize employees to travel in order to enrich the company's cultural life and improve the quality of life of employees. After soliciting the opinions of most employees, the company chose a one-week tour of Kunming, Dali and Lijiang in Yunnan. According to the schedule, more than 50 travel employees organized by the company have returned safely. This trip has enhanced the feelings between employees, given everyone the opportunity to know and communicate with each other, and also increased employees' sense of identity and belonging to the company.
