On the afternoon of October 30, the company's labor union organized all employees to go to Huaibei Xingyue Quality Development School to carry out an outdoor development training activity with the theme of "cohesion and cohesion, creating brilliance together". Before the start of the class, the coach asked everyone to carry out team building activities, aiming to break the barriers between people, establish the foundation of mutual trust, and create a happy and harmonious atmosphere in the team. According to the guidance of the coach, all the staff are randomly divided into 8 squads to create and display team names, logos, slogans, formations and other activities. Subsequently, we completed team events such as drumming penalty kicks, not falling down the forest, bead travel, unchaining, 60 seconds of rapidity, and power rope loops in the form of team confrontation. The whole activity was cheerful and intense, tense and exciting. Although everyone was tired, everyone was happily talking about the things in training, and they all felt a lot of aftertaste. Through the training of the above projects, each team saw the strengths and weaknesses of their own team, and also felt the importance of cooperation and communication.
