In order to implement the spirit of the document "Notice on Carrying out the Twinning and Co-construction Activities of Trade Unions of State-owned Enterprises and Non-public Enterprises" of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, on the morning of October 28, the Huaikang Group Railway Transportation Department and Anhui Longpo Electric Co., Ltd. Trade Union Twinning and Co-construction Symposium was successfully held in the conference room of Anhui Longpo Electric Co., Ltd. Responsible persons of the trade unions of the two units and relevant staff members attended the forum.      At the symposium, Chairman Liu of the Labor Union of the Railway Transportation Department of Huaibei Mining Group introduced the general situation of the unit and the overall situation of the construction of the trade union; Director Li of the Trade Union Office, Minister Zhang of the Ministry of Labor and other relevant persons in charge made specific introductions to the activities of the trade union work such as team construction, labor competition, technical competition, team leader management, and cultural and sports activities. Zhao Jian, deputy general manager of Anhui Longpo Electric Co., Ltd., and Wang Fuling, chairman of the trade union, also introduced the development of the company's trade union, and exchanged their ideas and opinions on how to carry out the work of the trade union. Subsequently, the two sides reached a consensus on how to give full play to their respective resource advantages and carry out the next step of co-construction activities with cultural sharing, party (league) organization pairing and co-construction, and mutual assistance and mutual benefit.      The two sides said that they will regularly carry out various forms of co-construction activities that focus on practical results and highlight characteristics, give full play to their respective advantages, learn from each other, and jointly explore ways and means to strengthen grassroots trade unions, so as to achieve the goal of gathering the strength of employees and promoting the rapid development of enterprises.
