The fourth session of the fourth board of directors of Anhui Longpo Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully held

Anhui Longpo Electric Co., Ltd. held the fourth meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company on the afternoon of July 26, 2010. Mr. Zhao Yuan, the authorized representative of the company, and Mr. Gu Xiao, the appointed director of COPEX, attended the meeting.        At the meeting, Mr. Chen Wenjun made the 2009 general manager work report, summarizing the company's operation in 2009, the work in the first half of 2010 and the business plan for the second half of the year. Mr. Zhao Yuan and Mr. Gu Xiao affirmed the company's operation and development, and hoped to work together to continuously increase the company's scientific and technological innovation and the speed of research and development of new products, so as to promote the better and faster development of Longpo. The board of directors passed the following resolutions: 1. Increase the registered capital of Longpo Electric. 2. Passed the company's 2009 financial audit report and determined the profit distribution plan. 3. Approved the construction plan of the vacuum interrupter production line invested by the joint venture company.
