The contestants are serious and calm to deal with, the operation is standardized, skilled, with solid theoretical knowledge and superb operation skills, within a limited time, have completed the switch assembly, wiring and other procedures, the referees are serious and responsible, from the operation process and wiring situation and other aspects to give open, fair and just evaluation scores.       In line with the idea of "exchanging experience, learning skills, and improving together", this skill competition adopts the method of focusing on practical operation and supplemented by theoretical examinations, and implements the method of full assessment and step-by-step selection. Through fierce competition, the final complete set of workshops Sun Leilei and Bao Caihui, sheet metal workshop Jiang Hao, component workshop Wang Zeyu, Li Xiaolan and so on won excellent results.       Through this skill competition, the construction of the skilled talent team has been effectively promoted, and a favorable guarantee has been provided for the training and selection of more outstanding skilled talents. It has played a positive role in promoting the rapid improvement of the skill level of employees, and has also laid a solid foundation for the improvement of product quality, and further created a strong atmosphere of "learning to catch up and help out, creating the first and striving for excellence", and promoted the production of Longbo Electric to a higher level.
